Carver designed the new C34 Coupe in response to what boat owners asked to see next from the builder’s coupe line-up. They wanted a smaller, more economical coastal cruiser. One that would appeal to the express cruiser owner wanting to move up as well as those that wanted to downsize from a 40 or 45-footer without sacrificing comfort, living space or seakeeping.

So, Carver set out to build the new C34 Coupe tapping into the success of their C37, C43, and C52 Coupes. They examined the most important design elements to incorporate into the C34. The result is a new 34’ coupe that is very special! You will be pleasantly surprised to find features on the C34 that you would expect from a much bigger yacht, features typically absent in this size range.

Carver wanted to make sure the C34 was a great couples’ boat. So, while you can sleep up to six people on it, there’s a configuration where the entire lower level is one big owner’s suite. No bulkheads, just wide-open space giving the feeling you’re in the stateroom on a much larger yacht. It’s high freeboard along with the plumb bow extends the 11’6” beam well forward & provides an incredible 6’5” of headroom.

The expansive main deck features the single-level cockpit, salon, and galley layout. With 11’6” beam and 6’8” of headroom, the salon opens to the aft cockpit through a large sliding glass door blending the two areas seamlessly into one. This inclusive and incredibly spacious design gives the C34 what boaters wanted. The carbon fiber hardtop’s glass sunroof opens with the touch of a button adding to the open, airy feeling and fills the area with natural light. There are clever ways of adjusting the seating, allowing you to optimize entertaining configurations to your needs whether you are underway or at the dock. Like all Carver models there is a ton of storage space. When it’s time to close the boat up there’s no canvas to deal with, just shut the salon doors and off you go.

The Galley location on the starboard side of the salon behind the helm area provides easy access equally to the salon and aft cockpit. The recessed sink and range maximize countertop space. There’s plenty of storage space in the beautiful hand-crafted drawers and cabinets. Best of all, being on the same deck, you won’t miss out on any conversations or incredible views.

The helm area has outstanding all-a-round visibility and comfort. The adjustable flip-up bolster helm seat allows you to operate the boat while standing or sitting. The spacious layout provides well thought out space to locate your choice of the most advanced integrated Raymarine or Garmin navigation systems, the instrumentation, and engine controls.

The spacious aft cockpit connects to the open salon bringing the “outdoors in” to enjoy those beautiful days on the water. The coupe’s “single deck” design really shines while everyone aboard is enjoying cocktail hour, alfresco dinning or when the aft table is lowered providing a large aft sun pad. The large retractable shade provides protection from the sun with the push of a button. And yes, there’s abundant storage under the seating.

From the stainless-steel transom door you’ll access the oversized swim platform. There you’ll find plenty of additional storage area, the barbeque grill and sink, your freshwater showe, and the shore power equipment.

Easy and safe access to the expansive bow features integrated fiberglass cockpit steps with plenty of sturdy, stainless-steel hand rails to grab on to. The large stainless-steel bow rails combine with a wide non-skid deck to provide quick access.

Like all Carver Yachts the C34 is built tough utilizing “Infusion Technology” along with an extraordinary stringer system that reinforces the bow as much as the bottom. That means less weight, more strength, and better performance! Since 1954, skilled craftsman have meticulously built Carver Yachts in the US. Capabilities not typically found under the same roof at other boatbuilders insures the highest quality craftsmanship. Cabinetry, upholstery, metal fabrication, and other workshops are located on-site.

With a dry weight of just 16,000 lbs., 210 gallons of fuel, and equipped with standard twin Mercruiser 4.5L 250 HP I/O’s (Inboard options are available also) Carver has achieved their goal. They succeeded in producing an economical, compact, coastal cruiser unlike anything on the market today. One that’s ready to take on tough seas all while you enjoy all the amazing amenities found within the C34 Coupe’s superior design.
