The C43 Coupe is the second installment in the series of the spacious, express style cruisers that Carver has launched in recent years. Carver’s coupe line was developed to respond to the demands of discerning express cruiser buyers in today’s market. The C37’s well received unveiling brought accolades from brand loyalists as well as those that had never seriously considered looking at Carver before. Carver had always been known to for delivering quality and spacious layouts that appeal to the domestic buyer. Introducing this fresh new lineup with cutting edge styling that sent shockwaves through the industry with its breathtaking profile and impressive performance data results.

The C43 applied the same sleek new styling and performance innovations that were redefined during the C37’s development. When those attributes were incorporated in this larger cruiser, the results were impressive. Utilizing the large framework that the C43 provided garnered more amenities, even more storage space, exceptional performance, more space to stretch out and an additional guest head so the owner’s head was private. As we take a closer look at this magnificent yacht the advantages of its classic axe bow design and impressive freeboard become evident. That’s why heads are turning throughout the cruising world.

Carver has listened, realized that tastes are changing and trending toward yachts that are turnkey where you can flip on a few switches, throw off the lines, and go.  That is go in luxury and comfort where the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space is seamless.  In the C43 Coupe Carver has responded and then some.

Like all Carver Yachts the C43 Coupe is built tough utilizing “Infusion Technology” along with an extraordinary stringer system that reinforces the bow as much as the bottom. That means less weight, more strength, and better performance! Carver’s manufacturing operation is unique in the industry, possessing inhouse capabilities for components usually left to sub-contractors. Craftsman produce cabinetry, upholstery, and do metal fabrication in on-site workshops where the boats are built.  This horizontal integration allows for increased quality and customization not seen in this type of production yacht.

The standard propulsion configuration in the C43 offers twin Cummins QSB 6.7 380 HP inboard diesel engines with a top speed of 31 knots and a 273 nautical mile range at a cruising speed of 28 knots. Equipped with optional twin Cummins QSB 6.7 480 HP inboard diesel engines the top speed is 33.5 knots with a 248 nautical mile range at a cruising speed of 31 knots.

A stainless-steel ladder allows easy access to a spacious engine room from the cockpit. Service, inspections and maintenance tasks are optimized by placing all the through hull fittings, strainers, valves, filters, and switches centerline for easy access.

The C43 helm offers all around visibility with its large windshield and side windows. With the sunroof and side windows open the breeze will flow through the salon. The well thought out dash area provides abundant space for the latest navigation equipment and system controls. The helm seat slides forward and back to easily adjust to your desired position and the flip up bolsters change position quickly allowing you to operate the boat sitting or standing as you desire.

The impressive exterior lines that the C43 acquired by using a classic axe bow and high freeboard not only provide exceptional performance and seakeeping, but it also has the added benefit of creating loads of additional interior space. This is most evident in the bow of the C43 where the lower deck a boasts a full 2 stateroom, 2 head layout that is unheard of in yachts in her class.

When Carver’s designers carried the C43 Coupe 13’6” beam forward it resulted in providing a spacious lower deck where the abundant amount of space that it produces is quite unexpected.  This is most dramatically displayed in the large master stateroom with its elevated island queen size bed, 6’6” headroom all the way forward, two hanging closets, four overhead cabinets and lots of natural light provided through the large windows and overhead hatch.

The guest stateroom can be configured either as two twin beds or by installing the filler cushion it converts to a full queen bed. A large hanging closet and storage cabinet offers ample space for their gear and additional storage under the bunks.  An overhead etched-glass skylight and large side window add natural light, contributing to open feeling of the space. Adding a flat screen TV and separate stereo system will provide your guest with all the comforts of home while aboard.
